Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post, Priority Mail International and Fed Ex for larger items. Only oils with a flashpoint >200 may be shipped via Priority Mail International. All orders will include insurance. I also offer Flat Rate Shipping. International orders will be charged exact shipping.

Same day shipping is available if orders are received before 2:00 pm EST, any order after 2:00 pm EST will ship the next day.

INDIANA RESIDENTS:
Indiana residents will be charged sales tax unless a valid Tax Id number is given.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 3:30 pm. We are closed on weekends and all Federal Holidays.

CREDIT CARD INFO:
The name and address on the credit card must match the name and address on the account. If anything is different the credit card will decline. If credit card declines, you will be contacted via email. I do not keep credit card numbers on file.

ESSENTIAL OIL & FRAGRANCE OIL INFO:
All oils are sold by weight not volume, fill levels will vary.

TERMS INFO:
I do not offer "ship now, pay later".
All orders must be paid for in full before I will ship your order. If you pay by echeck through Paypal, all funds must clear before your order is shipped. If your credit card declines, I will email you to let you know. I no longer accept personal checks or money orders.

RETURNS INFO:
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Please order samples before ordering in larger quantities.

ADD ON ORDERS:
No add on orders will be accepted.

WEEKLY SPECIALS / DISCOUNTS:
Only ONE discount may be used per order. I will not accept discounts after expiration time, no exceptions. Make sure you add the discount code in the DISCOUNT COUPON box during checkout. The discount will not work if you add it in the COMMENT box and you will not receive the discount.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

DAMAGED GOODS:
If you have received damaged goods refuse your shipment.
If your package arrived while you were away, contact UPS immediately. Contact UPS Here

Please email us your claim number after filing the claim with UPS. Proof of damage must be made to UPS, so it is important that all original packaging materials are present. Call 1-800-742-5877

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations of orders on your part will result in a $25.00 restocking fee, no exceptions.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:
Your customer information is private and we respect your privacy. We do not share your personal information with anyone.

TESTING INFO:
I test all oils in CBL125 paraffin container wax using a 51 zinc wick, and in soy 415 with natural additives with various wicks. I then test in CP soap. The ingredients I use for CP soap: lard, coconut oil, sunflower oil and castor oil, and I soap with cooler temps.

The results posted on the website are from our ingredients used. You are responsible for your own testing. Our results are posted as guidelines only, it does not guarantee that your results will be the same.

I do not claim that all oils will work for all wax/wick types, or with your soap ingredients,bath and body recipes or M&P Soap. You will need to test.

I also use the Penreco testing guidelines for gel testing. All customers using fragrance oils for gel creations will need to do testing of their own to make sure the oil is safe for gel products.

Here is what Penreco recommends as testing instructions, which is what I go by: I use 1 tablespoon of fragrance oil and 3 tablespoons of mineral oil. Stir for 1 minute, if the mixture is cloudy or if it separates then your fragrance oil isn't safe for gel. If it isn't cloudy and it doesn't separate then let it set for 30 minutes. If no separation occurs after 30 minutes then continue.

Second step is to use 3 tablespoons of fragrance oil and 1 tablespoon of mineral oil. Stir for 1 minute look for cloudiness or separation. If none occurs, then let it set for 30 minutes. If after 30 minutes all looks clear and no separation, then your oil is safe for gel. **Note: you may substitue tablespoons for teaspoons and all fragrance oils must have a flash point of 170 or higher **
